Most useful topic was the discussion on confidence and how it helps build Mentee’s confidence. The most useful aspect however was learning about Maria and her experiences in the field. Time flew by and I think we could have taken longer to discuss some of the topics.

Thanks for giving us this interesting mentor training course. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also went to your website and what you guys are doing is amazing! Hope that we can find a convenient time to chat some time in the future. If there is something I can do to help you in some ways, such as doing a presentation on PEO licence application process, Professional Engineer society issues...etc. I'd be glad to do so. On Strengths of the Mentor Program.

  • It is comprehensive, balanced, talks about a full breadth of topics including; Culture Shock, immersion, job skills and professional development.
  • The expertise of the instructor! Also useful to learn with other mentors and to have exposure to a variety of experiences.
