Bruce Switzer, President
Bruce is a pragmatic and collaborative leader dedicated to assisting individuals and groups implement effective strategies to discover and achieve their objectives. Bruce draws upon 15 years of experience, as a mentor, coach and consultant. His expertise addresses the challenges faced by individuals and multicultural communities.
Bruce has consulted with individuals in transition from all walks of life, professions, functions and sectors to discover, pursue and realize their life goal aspirations.
He has supported and consulted with organizations across Canada including Sector Councils, Associations and Service Providers that support the integration of internationally educated professionals (IEPs)
Bruce founded Integration Resources Canada Inc. with the goal of creating successful, fair and equal access for the integration of internationally educated professionals, while providing labour market solutions and broader inclusion for organizations and communities.
He believes that every human being has the right to dignity and simple human happiness, and that this achievement is dependent on an individual’s strategic approach and the willingness to accept accountability and mastery for their own lives.
Naomi Fowlie, Vice President
Naomi is a creative and strategic career coach with passion for helping individuals find meaningful employment that match their experience, education level, values and goals. Her “holistic approach” to success was established 20 years ago, mentoring and building the confidence of women in career change or re-entry into the work place. Naomi is known as a resourceful coach with a high success rate. With her in-depth knowledge of the market place, ready smile and her natural empathy she has a solid track record of establishing trust with both her clients and colleagues.
A former teacher, Naomi has worked with high risk students, designing, developing and implementing successful life skills and career search programs. At the college level, she has coached students in obtaining employment through research, résumé writing and interviewing skills. In addition she is credited for establishing English as a Second Language program for foreign students, ensuring they met or exceeded the language requirements for Canadian Universities.
Naomi is noted for her entrepreneurial spirit and contribution to the community. She has been recognized for her work over the years by the Province of Ontario, Ontario Arts Council and City of Nepean. As a founding partner of Integration Resources Canada Inc., Naomi has been directly involved in the development of the company’s highly successful career transition program, designed specifically for Internationally Educated Professionals. She regularly works with immigrant service providers and has implemented innovative programs at the provincial government level.
Peter Frauley, Associate
Peter has diverse experience in financial services and human resources consulting. He has responsibility for designing and implementing highly individualized programs and services to assist executives and professionals in career transition. Peter provides coaching to management on planning organizational transitions in both the public and private sector.
His credentials include a B.Admin. from Concordia University, a CHRM from McGill University and a Diploma in Adult Ed. From St. Francis Xavier University. Peter is certified in administering the Strong Interest Inventory and the Facet – 5. He is also qualified to administer and interpret a wide range of additional career-related assessment instruments. Peter has completed Coaching – Evoking Excellence in Others at Integral Coaching Canada and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching at Royal Roads University.
His career includes more than 15 years of experience in the field of career transition, coaching and training. Peter currently works as a Senior Career Management Consultant at Integration Resources Canada who are leaders in cross-cultural labour market integration and retention.
Integration Resources Canada’s programs are empowering as they coach and provide the skills necessary to compete and successfully integrate Internationally Educated Professionals into the Canadian labour market.
An avid volunteer, Peter has served as a mentor to Internationally Educated Professionals for Ottawa Community Immigrant Services Organization, Catholic Immigration Services and Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre. He is proud of having created opportunities for individuals to make personal discoveries by assessing their career direction, starting a new course of action or taking a new educational path.
