INTEGRATION RESOURCES CANADA Inc.
" Leaders in integration and retention of international professionals "
Integration Resources Canada Inc. (IRCI) is a private company that facilitates the integration of internationally trained and experienced professionals into the Canadian workforce by identifying clear career objectives, working with community leaders, corporations and employers. IRCI was founded in 2006 by a group of Canadians dedicated to creating fair and equal access for the integration of internationally educated immigrants.
IRCI’s philosophy is based upon the belief that Canada has an opportunity to grow by leveraging the skills and expertise of Internationally Experienced Professionals (IEP). We believe inclusive integration is crucial in developing sustainable workplaces and healthy communities.
Integration Resources Canada Inc. provides services that promote retention and the development of human capital in the workplace. IRCI ensures high employee retention by matching the objectives of IEP’s to the needs of each company.
Integration Resources Canada envisions Canada as a world leader in attracting, integrating and retaining international professionals and their families.
"Work is one of the most fundamental aspects in a person's life, providing an
individual with a means of financial support and, as importantly, a contributory
role in society. A person's employment is an essential component of his or her
sense of identity, self-worth and emotional well-being"

Facts about employment trends in Canada
By 2001, it is estimated that 100% of net labour growth in Canada will be from immigration. Canada joins Australia, New Zealand and other countries, globally impacted by the demographic changes. Global competition for talented, educated and skilled employees is increasing and Canadian employers are already feeling the pressures to attract and retain experienced staff.
Since Canada expects to rely on sustained immigration as the main source of labour in the next 12 years, Canada’s immigrant population is predicted to reach between 7 and 9.5 million in 2017 – Statistics Canada, 2007. Companies that prepare their recruitment, integration and retention practices for both internationally trained professionals and Canadians will benefit from a stable work force with a strong work ethic and worldly skills.
